Typically, leases are for fixed term periods. Tenants are required to provide a security deposit (the equivalent of 1 month’s rent) which is returned on confirmation that the apartment is returned at the end of the lease term in good condition. Unless scheduled otherwise, a tenant can check-in to their apartment from 3pm on the first day of the lease term. Check-out is usually done before 12pm. On prior arrangement, earlier or out-of-hours check-in or check-outs can be booked.

There is street-parking for which a ticket needs to be purchased from an on-street machine. There are several secure parking lots nearby such as CARe Park Szekely or Central Passage Parkolo.

Situated in the heart of Budapest's city center, The Living Quarters is convenient for both film production and leisure transport logistics.

Rates are quoted on a monthly basis and, typically, range from Eur 1,500 - Eur 5,000. Viewings can be booked and availability confirmed with the front of house team by email or phone.

During the daytime, the onsite team controls random entry to the building. Each apartment has a separate alarm and specific electronic entry code that is changed after each tenant checks out. The building has CCTV.

Trained and well-behaved pets are permitted only on prior agreement for which a pet purchase may, in some cases, be levied.

For additional guests, all beds are custom made and can be separated into twin beds if helpful. Children are welcome to stay in The Living Quarters. Additional cots and linen are available from housekeeping on prior request.

Smoking is not allowed in the internal areas of the apartments or the building. The courtyard, balconies and terraces may be used for (considerate) smoking.
